Joanne Clifford has a Master’s degree in Counseling from Montclair State University, and a PhD in Business from Rutgers University and Kennedy-Western University with a concentration on adult learning and employee engagement. Her background includes designing, writing and delivering corporate training programs in an IT organization. She has worked in organizational development, where she analyzed performance management issues, conducted Onboarding classes, and interviewed employees for a competency modeling initiative. Recently, she supported the use of behavioral psychology assessment tool, building relationships with clients and providing training and analysis of client usage and trends. She is currently working on her CADC.
