Ernest Polite MSW, LCADC has over thirty years of experience in the fields of counseling, criminal justice, and co-occurring counseling education. With a Masters Degree in Social Work
from Rutgers University, Mr. Polite is also an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor; a Certified Criminal Justice Specialist; a Certified Criminal Justice Professional; a State Trained HIV Counselor; and a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist. Mr. Polite has worked with the Hudson County Probation Department as an Assessment Counselor, with Kwenyan Professional Health Services as a counselor, a co-occurring specialist with the Mount Carmel Guild, the clinical director of Living New Inc., a senior counselor with the Community Correction Corporation and a clinical supervisor at the Gateway Foundation.
