Joanne Clifford has a Master’s degree in Counseling and a PhD in Business with a
concentration in adult learning and employee engagement. Her background includes designing,
writing and delivering corporate training programs in an IT organization. She has completed the
courses and requirements for her Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) and is
continuing coursework at Montclair State University for her LCADC.
